WINNIPEGREALTORS® PRESS RELEASE, June 4, 2020WINNIPEG - Sales of 1,377 decreased 19% in May compared to the same month last year while just over $400 million worth of dollar volume transactions fell 23% compared to May 2019. The 2,428 new listings entered in May were down 21% from last year. WINNIPEGREALTORS® PRESS RELEASE, May 7, 2020WINNIPEG - Following the best first quarter market results in WinnipegREALTORS® history, the shutdown of the economy to flatten COVID-19 put the brakes on the market with a reduction in sales and listings.Multiple Listing Service® sales of 851 were down 30% while the 1,568 new listings entered on the market in April decreased 42% in comparison to April 2019.
